Welcome to DewayneBenton.com, where my years in radio and the incredible connections I’ve made along the way come to the forefront. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting and working with some of the most talented and inspiring individuals in the industry. These connections have not only enriched my personal life but have also been instrumental in my professional growth, especially as a Public Relations (PR) agent.

A Journey in Radio
My journey in radio began with a divine inspiration to create a platform for Gospel Music in Los Angeles, CA, where such music was sorely needed. This vision led to the birth of HoLywoodRadio.com in 2013. Since then, I’ve continued to explore new horizons, most recently with the launch of GospelJazzRadio.online, a 24/7 station that blends the soulful sounds of Gospel with the smooth tones of Jazz.
The Importance of Connections
In the world of radio and media, connections are everything. The relationships I’ve built over the years have been the backbone of my success. From fellow radio hosts to producers, artists, and industry professionals, each connection has played a crucial role in my journey.

Professional Friends and Collaborators
Over the years, I’ve had the honor of working with some truly remarkable people.
The Role of a PR Agent
As a PR agent, one of my primary responsibilities is to help my clients get in front of as many potential customers and clients as possible. This involves leveraging the connections I’ve built over the years to secure bookings on radio, television, and online media platforms.
- Booking Guests: Whether it’s arranging interviews, live performances, or panel discussions, my network of contacts ensures that my clients have the visibility they need to succeed.
- Media Events: Attending and organizing media events is a crucial part of my role. These events provide a platform for networking and building relationships that can lead to new opportunities.
- Content Creation: From writing press releases to producing audio and video content, I ensure that my clients’ stories are told in the most compelling and effective way possible.
The Power of Networking
Networking is not just about making connections; it’s about building relationships. The friends and colleagues I’ve met over the years have become a support system, a source of inspiration, and a network of opportunities. They have helped me grow both personally and professionally, and I am grateful for each and every one of them.
